PAYMENT PLAN FOR SCHOOL FEES

At a budget meeting held on 9th November 2019, the parent component determined that the school fees for 2020 will be R3800.

PLAN A

Payment of R1500 on or before 31 JANUARY 2020,second payment of R1800 on or before 31 March 2020 (END OF FIRST TERM). You qualify for a DISCOUNT of R500.

PLAN B

Payment of R1500 on or before 31 JANUARY 2020, second payment of R1150 on or before 31 March 2020 and third and final payment of R1150 on or before 30 June 2020.

PLAN C

Payment of R1500 on or before 31 JANUARY 2020, and a monthly payment of R460 by the end of each month commencing February 2020 until the full settlement has been made. Final settlement must be made on or before 30 June 2020.

PLAN D

Payment of R350 per month, for eleven months commencing January 2020 and ending 30th November 2020. To assist with the collection of fees, parents are encouraged to sign-up a debit order with FNB or a stop order with your banker.

Note

Payments can be made directly to school or a direct deposit to the school’s CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT or makes arrangements with the Bursar to set up a debit order.
In case of a DIRECT DEPOSIT, please send a copy of the deposit slip with your child or Fax proof of payment to 031 – 262 6360.
Should cheque payments not be honoured by the bank, then you will be responsible for any additional bank charges incurred.
It is absolutely essential that if you have any concern or problem with the paying of school fees, please make an appointment to see the Principal OR the Chairperson of the School Governing Body.
School fees for 2020 must be paid in full on or before 30 June 2020, EXCEPT for Option D. If payment is made directly at school, the bursar will receive school fees from 8:00 to 10:30 from Monday to Friday.
